George started his career as a driver because of his friend and inspiration, the one and only Jeff Gordon.  Jeff introduced George to quarter midgets, which afforded him many other opportunities including a place on his current team driving Legend cars.  Even at his young age, George knows that without the help and guidance of his many supporters, he would not be where he is today.  These include Humpy Wheeler, who has provided mentorship on a weekly basis.
